Dr Neetu Bhari is an Additional Professor in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology, AIIMS, New Delhi. She completed her MD from AIIMS, New Delhi in 2013, was a senior resident in the department from 2013-2016 and joined as an Assistant Professor in 2016. During her residency, she received Dr KC Kandhari Book Prize Award for the best post-graduate student in 2013. She is also a recipient of various other awards and scholarships including Dr. V. Govindan Nair Memorial award, Prof G. Senthamil Selvi award, President appreciation award, Delhi state branch IADVL, Imirich Sakarany scholarship, IADVL DSB and ICMR scholarships. She has more than 130 research publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals. She has also co-edited two books and has written more than 50 chapters. She is an assistant editor in Indian Journal of Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology and Indian Journal of Pediatric Dermatology and is currently serving as Joint secretary in Contact Dermatosis Occupational Forum of India. Her main areas of interest are pediatric Dermatology, dermatopathology, contact dermatitis, photodermatology, tropical dermatology and autoimmune blistering skin diseases.

Dr Kanika Sahni is an Additional Professor in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology. She completed her MBBS from AIIMS, New Delhi and MD Dermatology at PGIMER, Chandigarh where she was the recipient of the coveted Kataria Memorial Gold medal for best postgraduate across all specialties.

Dr Sahni is also the recipient of many awards including MGM Medical College Award for Best paper in National Conference of IADVL in 2010 and first runner up in Dermatology Quiz for Postgraduates in 2010 and Imrich Sarkany non European memorial scholarship in 2018.

She is a passionate dermatosurgeon having expertise in many surgical procedures including vitiligo surgery, fat transfer, skin cancer surgeries and aesthetic procedures. Her passion led her to train in Cosmetic Dermatology and Lasers under Dr Martin Kassir, Texas, USA and she was awarded the International Society of Dermatology mentorship.

She has conducted research on vitiligo, pigmentary dermatoses, fat transfer, dermatosurgery and quality of life in skin diseases. She is an avid academician with more than 50 publications and numerous book chapters and an invited faculty at numerous national and international conferences and live surgical workshops. Dr Sahni also serves as the Content Editor of the IJDVL.
