I have organized more than 30 CMEs/ live surgical workshops for ENT surgeons from all over India since 1998.

I have helped develop cochlear implant programme in 6 Medical College Hospitals in Delhi, Orissa, MP, Punjab, Bihar and UP.

My areas of interest are Facial plastics and Rhinoplasty and Cochlear Implant.
